Terms and Conditions
For every user who completes the survey can choose to opt-in the draw to win one of 10 individual spots as part of one Property Management Partners PM Academy membership for 12 months (worth approx $3588 in total) for completing the survey.

How to enter- Complete the State of Australian Property Management Survey.
- At the end of the survey, you will be asked to opt-in to enter the draw. You can enter your details for this draw at that point in time. Entry is subject to terms and conditions below.
- If you submit the survey without submitting your details, it will not be counted as an entry to this draw.
- Entries close when survey closes on Friday 24 April 2026.

STATE OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SURVEY OVERVIEW
1.1 The State of Property Management Survey ("Survey") is conducted to gather insights on workload, wellbeing, career pathways, remuneration, training, technology, and retention in Australian property management.
1.2 The Survey is hosted on QuestionPro with data stored in Australian data centres.
1.3 Survey results will be independently reviewed by Kantar to provide unbiased analysis and synthesis of the results and data.
1.4 Results are expected to be published in June 2025 (subject to confirmation).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Survey is open to Property Managers, Senior Property Managers, and Heads of Department working in Australian property management residing in NSW, VIC, WLD, WA, TAS, SA and NT.
2.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2.3 Residents of ACT are not eligible to enter the survey.
2.4 Employees and immediate family members of Kolmeo, QuestionPro and Kantar, are not eligible to participate.
3. PARTICIPATION
3.1 Participation in the Survey is voluntary and anonymous.
3.2 Completion of the Survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
3.3 Participants may withdraw from the Survey at any time before final submission.
3.4 Only one Survey submission per person is permitted.
3.5 Entry into the prize draw is optional and separate from Survey participation.
4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
4.1 All Survey responses are confidential and will be aggregated for reporting purposes.
4.2 Individual responses will not be identifiable in published results.
4.3 Personal information provided for prize draw entry will be collected, stored, and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

4.5 Participants who opt to receive the final report will have their email addresses stored separately from Survey responses.hello@kolmeo.com
4.6 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment or as required by law.
4.7 Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting hello@kolmeo.com.
5. PRIZE DRAW - ELIGIBILITY
5.1 Entry into the prize draw is optional and available only to Survey participants.
5.2 The prize draw is open to Australian residents except residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
5.3 To enter the prize draw, participants must:
- Complete the Survey in full
- Provide their contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Opt in to enter the draw
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions
5.4 Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or incorrectly answer the skill-testing question will be deemed invalid.
6. PRIZE DETAILS
6.1 There are ten (10) prizes or spots available.
6.2 Each prize consists of one individual access to the Property Management Partners PM Academy for 12 months as part of a group of total survey prize winners.
6.3 Total prize pool value: Approximately AUD $3,588 (based on 10 x access as part of 1 group to PM Academy).

6.5 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
7. PRIZE DRAW PROCESS
7.1 The Survey closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 24 April 2026.
7.2 The prize draw will be conducted at Kolmeo HQ on 03 May 2026.
7.3 Winners will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries.
7.4 The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will win the prizes.
7.6 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
8.1 Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw.
8.2 Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize.
8.3 If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.
8.4 Winner names may be published on Kolmeo's website and social channels and in Survey communications.
8.5 By entering, participants consent to their name being published if they win.
9. PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY
9.1 Prizes will be coordinated directly between winners and Property Management Partners.
9.2 Winners will receive instructions for accessing their PM Academy membership via email.
9.3 Membership access must be activated within three (3) months of notification.
9.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent prize redemption.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who:
- Submits multiple entries
- Tampers with the entry process
- Provides false or misleading information
- Acts in a manner deemed inappropriate or contrary to the spirit of the Survey
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Survey or prize draw if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter, Property Management Partners, Kantar, QuestionPro, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Survey or prize draw.
10.4 The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- Technical failures or malfunctions
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance
10.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with QuestionPro, Kantar, or any social media platform.
11. USE OF SURVEY RESULTS
11.1 Aggregated Survey findings will be published in a public report.
11.2 Survey participants who opt in will receive a copy of the final report.
11.3 The Promoter retains all rights to use, publish, and distribute Survey findings.
11.4 Survey results may be shared with industry partners, associations, and stakeholders.
By participating in the Survey and/or entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
