Agentplus is now Kolmeo

We’ve been playing in proptech as Agentplus for over 15 years, having born out of a property management business.

We’re part of the Little Group under Chairman Paul Little AO, the visionary entrepreneur who took Toll Group from a tiny trucking company in suburban Melbourne to a global logistics juggernaut in more than 50 countries with 40,000 employees before exiting the business in 2011.

Rebrand to Kolmeo

In March 2020, our team came together at our annual kickoff where we unveiled our new brand, Kolmeo.

Our new name is Finnish for ‘triangle’ and represents how we’re designing the new platform with three core groups in mind – tenants, owners and property managers.

We understand property management is a tough gig and we want to make it possible for people to love renting, owning and managing property. Everything we do needs to balance the needs of all three sides.
