A seasoned leader in proptech and financial services, he drives Kolmeo’s vision of simplified, transparent property management, ensuring the platform aligns with market needs and agency success.

Louise is an accomplished finance executive with a strong background in business advisory, audit and financial management across multiple markets, including Australia, the USA and the Netherlands. Her expertise in scaling financial operations and ensuring compliance helps Kolmeo maintain fiscal responsibility and supports our strategic growth as we expand internationally.

Margaret specialises in emerging technologies and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in building customer growth and industry alliances. She leads Kolmeo’s growth initiatives, collaborating with agencies and proptech partners to integrate innovative solutions and extend the platform’s reach and impact.

Adam joined Kolmeo in December 2024 as Executive Manager, Product, bringing over two decades of product leadership across proptech and SaaS. Previously, he held senior product roles at Performio and Xero, and led product strategy at Bupa and Sportsbet. Adam excels at synthesising user insights and data into intuitive, scalable solutions, ensuring Kolmeo’s roadmap consistently delivers value to tenants, owners and property managers.
