To be eligible, you must:

• Be a residential real estate business in Australia
• Offer property management services with a rent roll of 100+ properties
• Not be a current Kolmeo client

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated below.

• To enter, scan the QR code featured on a Kolmeo team member's t-shirt at the AREC Conference held on 25–26 May 2025 and complete the entry form with your details.
• Entries received through other methods will not be accepted. 
• A valid entry must be submitted by a current employee of a real estate agency with a property management portfolio who is not a current Kolmeo customer.
• Limit of one standard entry per person.
• The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the event dates.
• The winner will receive a $1,000 Visa gift card. The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
• The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their entry and must respond within two (2) business days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be drawn.
• The draw will take place at 11:00 am AEST on Tuesday, 27 May 2025, at Kolmeo’s office, Level 6, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
• The winners’ first initial, last name and state will be published on the Kolmeo website at https://kolmeo.com/arec2025 within 7 days of the draw.
• If a prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the same location at 11:00 am AEST on Tuesday, 3 June 2025. The new winner will be notified by email and published on the same website within 7 days of the redraw.
