Who can enter?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a residential real estate business in Australia
  • Offer property management services with a rent roll of 100+ properties
  • Not be a current Kolmeo client
  • Not have had a Kolmeo demo in the past 12 months

Full competition terms and entry requirements

  • By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by all the rules and terms stated here.
  • Entries must be submitted via the form below. Entries received through other channels will not be considered.
  • A valid entry is a current employee of a real estate agency that has a property management portfolio and is not a current Kolmeo customer.
  • A 30-min demo counts as one entry into the draw.
  • The winner of the prize will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided and must respond within two business days to claim their prize. If there is no response, another winner will be chosen.
  • The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 and over and must have a valid passport to travel to New Zealand for the PM Solitude dates held 1-4 April 2025.
  • The competition commences at 9:00 am AEDT on 19 February 2025 for all states except SA entries which commence on 25 February 2025 and all entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 March 2025.
  • The prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 14 March 2025 at Kolmeo's office at Level 6, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
  • The winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw via the contact details provided in their entry.
  • The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Kolmeo website (https://kolmeo.com/PMsolitude/) within 20 days of the draw.
  • If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 11:00 am AEDT on 28 March 2025 at Kolmeo’s office at Level 6, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 7 days and published on the Kolmeo website within 20 days at https://kolmeo.com/PMsolitude/.
  • The winner will receive: one (1) ticket to PMP Solitude 2025 (valued at $5,500); and return economy flights from any metro or regional airport in Australia to Queenstown, New Zealand (valued at between $800 and $1,200 depending on departure airport). The total prize pool is valued at approximately $6,300 to $6,700.

  • Excludes ACT residents (due to permit conditions).

Subject to the approval of authorities in the relevant jurisdiction, Kolmeo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
