Kolmeo Feature to Fly Amalfi Edition 2025 Competition

Who can enter?

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a current Kolmeo customer in a property management or related role
• Be an employee of an Australian residential real estate agency
• Be aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport to travel

• By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by all the rules and terms stated here.
• Entries must be submitted via the form below. Entries received through other channels will not be considered.
• A valid entry is a current employee of a real estate agency and a current Kolmeo customer, using Kolmeo in a property management related role such as a property manager, property management assistant, office manager, head of property management, leadership or related roles that use Kolmeo as part of delivering a property management service.
• A video testimonial about your favourite Kolmeo feature counts as one entry into the draw. Sharing this video testimonial and tagging an official Kolmeo account doubles your entry into the draw. Leave a Google review mentioning the same feature to receive a bonus entry.
• By participating, you agree that Kolmeo may use your video submission in part or in its entirety as part of promotional activities (including on its website, ads, social media, and other marketing) indefinitely and without compensation.
• The winner of the prize will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided and must respond within two business days to claim their prize. If there is no response, another winner will be chosen.
• The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
• Entrants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and aged 18 years or over with a valid passport to travel to Italy for the RE-LUX dates held 27-31 August 2025.
• The competition commences at 9:00 am AEDT on Monday 21 April 2025 and all entries close at 3:00 pm AEDT on Friday 13 June 2025.
• The prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on Monday 16 June 2025 at Kolmeo's office at Level 6, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
• The winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw via the contact details provided in their entry.
• The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Kolmeo website (https://kolmeo.com/featuretofly-amalfi/) within 20 days of the draw.
• If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 11:00 am AEDT on Tuesday 1 July 2025 at Kolmeo’s office at Level 6, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 7 days and the unclaimed prize draw winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the Kolmeo website within 20 days at https://kolmeo.com/featureytofly-amalfi/.
• The winner will receive: one (1) ticket to PMP RE-LUX 2025 (valued at $5,000); and return economy flights from any metro or regional airport in Australia to Naples Italy (valued at between $2,500 and $3,500 depending on departure airport). The total prize pool is valued at approximately $7,500 to $8,500.

• Excludes ACT and NT residents (due to permit conditions).

Subject to the approval of authorities in the relevant jurisdiction, Kolmeo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
